Terms of Service — WealthVitals.io

1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WealthVitals.io (the “Service”), which is operated by Robinson Consulting Group, LLC (“WealthVitals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

WealthVitals.io is a personal financial coaching application that provides a financial health score, budgeting and debt tools, goal tracking, an AI assistant, and access to a human coach. The Service is provided for educational and coaching purposes only.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication device or recovery codes, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or circumvent the security, rate limits, or technical limitations of the Service.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, documentation, content, branding, and design, is owned by Robinson Consulting Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial financial coaching purposes.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the financial data, messages, documents, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and to enable communications with your assigned coach.

7. AI assistant

The Service includes an AI assistant that generates responses based on your prompts and limited account context. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it. Do not paste full account numbers, credentials, or sensitive third-party information into prompts. The assistant is not a substitute for licensed financial, tax, or legal advice.

8. Educational guidance, not financial advice

All information provided through the Service — including coach messages, dashboards, scores, and AI output — is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. Decisions you make are your own responsibility. Consult a licensed professional for advice tailored to your situation.

9. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

11. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

12. Warranties & disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Robinson Consulting Group, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robinson Consulting Group, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts when due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Robinson Consulting Group, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
