Common questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no contracts on any tier — cancel from Settings in two clicks and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Plus and Coached. If WealthVitals isn't moving your score in the right direction, email us and we'll refund the last payment, no questions asked.
- What counts as a coach session?
- A 45-minute live video or phone call with your assigned coach, plus async messaging between sessions. Coached members get one session per month included.
- Is my financial data safe?
- Yes — credentials never touch our servers (we use Plaid for bank links), data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and only you and your assigned coach can see it. Read more on our trust page.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Absolutely. Upgrades and downgrades both take effect immediately and are prorated against your current billing period — no waiting until your next renewal.
- Who qualifies for the $29.99 Plus offer?
- It's our welcome rate for first-time Plus members. If you've subscribed to Plus (or any paid WealthVitals plan) before, you'll see the standard $39.99/mo rate. The intro rate also can't be stacked with student pricing, referral credits, or promo codes.
- Do you offer student pricing?
- Yes — verified students get 50% off Plus. Email students@wealthvitals.io with your .edu address.
