WealthVitals.io is operated by Robinson Consulting Group, LLC. We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@wealthvitals.io with the email address you used at checkout and a brief reason for the request. We typically respond within one business day.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

After the refund window

After 30 days from the order date, subscriptions are non-refundable for change of mind. We will still review requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (for example, prolonged service outage or duplicate charges).
